Veteran’s Day Movie Event

St. Anastasia’s Church invites you to a Veteran’s Day Movie Event on Monday, November 12th, at 12:00 Noon. The Archdiocese for the Military Services announced that the United States Military might soon have a patron saint, Lt. Father Vincent R. Capodanno. The 90 minute film, titled “Called and Chosen”, features the life of this virtuous priest from his early childhood in New York to the ultimate sacrifice of giving his life on the battlefield while serving in Vietnam on September 4th, 1967. A special guest, George Philips, will be present to share his personal experience of Fr. Capodanno. Space is limited, so please RSVP at 718-631-4454 between 4:00-7:00PM, Monday through Thursday.
