38th ANNUAL GREGORIAN FESTIVAL JUNE 15 – 25, 2017

CALLING ALL SPONSORS!

During the planning and organization of the Festival, there are many expenses incurred. To help defray some of these expenses, we are once again conducting a SPONSORSHIP DRIVE. Although this drive focuses primarily on the businesses we patronize, we also welcome any new sponsors who wish to participate.

If you feel that your employer or a business you are familiar with would be willing to participate, please submit the name and address of a contact along with the name of the business to the Parish Office and a letter will be forwarded.

In addition, you, your family and friends may also participate as a sponsor. All contributions are tax deductible.

BOOTH $100 for all eleven nights

STAGE $100 per night
$750 for all eleven nights

 

COUNTRY STORE – The Craft Group will be happy to accept new or gently used items (no clothing please) for sale during the Festival. Items will be accepted on Tuesdays, May 23rd & 30th, between 9:30-11:00 AM at the Convent Basement.

FESTIVAL POSTERS – If you are friendly with a local shop owner or vendor and you do not see one of our Festival posters in their window, ask if they would like one and we will gladly provide it. Call the Parish Office.

ADVANCE TICKET SALES for the Festival rides will take place in the Gathering Space the weekend of June 10th & 11th, after all the Masses. The cost for the book of 5 rides will be $17. Advance tickets will be available to purchase that weekend only.

P.O.P. NIGHTS – (PAY-ONE-PRICE) – There will be four such nights during the Festival, Monday – Thursday, June 19th-22nd. Cost of the ride bracelet is $30.
